INSURANCE: Most, but not all, insurance carriers will provide benefits if you have a PPO, a plan that permits you to choose your own provider. (As opposed to a managed care program.)

Our policy is that the client pays at each visit. If your insurance company provides coverage they will reimburse you directly.

We recognize that therapy can be financially challenging. Our view is that it is not the frequency of visits but the quality of the work that creates change. Sessions, for example, can be twice a month or less and still yield strong results.
